1. Withdrawal Deduction

A 10% deduction will be applied on all withdrawals, which includes:

• 5% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
• 5% Administration Charges

2. PAN Card Requirement

A valid PAN Card is mandatory for all users. Withdrawals cannot be processed without a registered PAN Card.

3. Withdrawal Schedule

Withdrawals are available only from Monday to Friday. Withdrawal services will remain closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Festival Holidays.

4. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
